Servant or Driver Allowance for Disable People

Service Description:

-To get a cash allowance for the servant or driver of the person with special needs.

Eligibility or Criteria :

– The person with special needs should be Kuwaiti or should be treated as a Kuwaiti until the age of 21.
– The disability should be moderate or severe.
– To have a disability proof certificate issued by the public Authority for people with special Needs.

Required Documents :

– Copy of the proof of disability certificate issued by the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs.
– Copy of the disability identity issued by the Public Authority for people with special needs affairs.
– Copy of a valid Civil ID Card of the person with special needs. –
– Copy of the civil id card of the guardian of the person with special needs or the person in charge of him.
– Copy of the birth certificate of the person with special needs –
– Salary transfer application form in the name of the person with special needs mentioning in it the IPAN.
– A non-harboring certificate issued by the social care house.
– Copy of the driver or servant’s passport mentioning in it the valid residency.

Procedures :

– Take the envelope from Kuwait Sports Club for people with special needs – Hawalli – for physical and mental disabilities
Blind association – Hawalli – for visual disabilities sports Club for deaf- Sulaybikhat – for hearing disabilities.
– To fill the form inside the envelope and attach the documents required and then to seal the envelope
– To put the envelope in the box of the same place of taking the envelope
